provided by Nidam Integrated (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing
and using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy.

  1. Definitions User: Any individual or entity that purchases or uses the
    Services provided by Nidam Integrated. Services: All software solutions,
    products, and services offered by Nidam Integrated. Refund: The return of the
    purchase price of the Services, in accordance with the terms outlined in this
    Policy. Cancellation: The termination of a Service or subscription, initiated
    by either the User or Nidam Integrated.
  2. General Refund Policy 2.1 Eligibility for Refunds Refunds will only be
    considered under the following conditions: The Service was purchased directly
    from Nidam Integrated. A refund request is submitted within [insert number]

    request, such as a significant defect in the Service that was not rectified
    in a reasonable timeframe. 2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following Services are non-refundable:

Custom software development services once the project has commenced. Monthly
subscription fees after the start of the billing cycle. Any Service that has
been used or accessed beyond the trial period. 2.3 Refund Process To request a
refund, Users must contact our customer support team at hello@Nidam
Integrated.com with the following information: User’s name and contact
information. Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt). Detailed reason
for the refund request. Our team will review the request and respond within 21
business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment
method within [insert number] business days. 3. Cancellation Policy 3.1
User-Initiated Cancellations Users may cancel their Services at any time by
contacting our customer support team at hello@Nidam Integrated.com. The
following terms apply: Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations will be effective at
the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for
partial months. Annual Subscriptions: Users may cancel their annual
subscription, and a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the
subscription, minus any discounts or promotional offers applied. 3.2
Company-Initiated Cancellations Nidam Integrated reserves the right to cancel
any Service or subscription under the following circumstances: Violation of our
Terms and Conditions or other policies. Suspected fraudulent or unlawful
activities. In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, Users will be
notified via email and may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused
portion of the Service. 4. Specific Service Refund and Cancellation Terms 4.1
Software Solutions

For software solutions purchased, the following terms apply: If a defect is
found in the software that significantly impairs functionality and cannot be
resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund request may be submitted.
Custom software development projects are non-refundable once development has
commenced. However, cancellations before the start of the project may be
eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits. 4.2 Subscription
Services

For subscription-based Services, the following terms apply: Users may cancel
their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months
or years. If a subscription Service is terminated by Nidam Integrated for
reasons other than a violation of our policies, a prorated refund will be issued
for the unused portion of the subscription. 4.3 Mobile Payment Solutions and
Payment Gateways Integration

Refunds for mobile payment solutions and payment gateways integration will be
handled on a case-by-case basis. Users must provide detailed documentation of
the issue and proof of purchase. Nidam Integrated will review the request and
determine eligibility for a refund. 5. Limitations and Exclusions

The following limitations and exclusions apply to our refund and cancellation
policy: Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from User negligence or
misuse of the Services. Refunds will not cover any third-party fees, such as
bank charges or currency conversion fees. Nidam Integrated reserves the right to
deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy. 6.
